What is it all about?

Our Training Co-ordinators work with colleagues to create a culture where stakeholders and learners understand why we do what we do and our common cause. They ensure the smooth transition of individuals through the PeoplePlus learner journey, ensuring that necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Our Co-ordinators work collaboratively with peers and colleagues to share best practice and collectively problem solve. Their focus is to inspire and support learners to secure a job, a better job, or a career, through the promotion of the PeoplePlus Social Recruitment Framework. This role covers both Newcastle and Middlesbrough.

How can you stand out from the crowd?

You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You will need to have some administrative experience, including handling sensitive data and maintaining confidential records. You must be able to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and have strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. An eye for detail is essential, along with solid IT skills and the ability to work flexible hours and locations (within reason) when required.
