DescriptionTalent Acquisition SpecialistHybrid working - Elland, West Yorkshire37.5 hours per weekOur Marshalls mission is ‘Creating Better Spaces’. We are now looking for a fabulous person to join our growing Talent Team to support end to end recruitment while managing administration for the team and learning all the intricacies of Talent Acquisition at Marshalls.So, what’s the mission?You will support the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring your primary focus is on enhancing the candidate and manager experience, managing external and internal hiring, and leading administration duties for the team: inbox management, reporting, excel spreadsheets and document updates being some of the key administration responsibilities.The types of roles you’ll be recruiting for are varied across Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Health and safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. We’d also like you to have an open mind and flexibility to support other areas of the business when there’s a higher volume of vacancies in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Technology. We’re one team and share the workload when it’s busier than usual to ensure the best candidate and manager experience!This is a developmental role where you’ll learn from the best Talent team! You’ll aim to become a trusted advisor on all things talent while building strong relationships with our internal stakeholders. There’s lots to do, and several exciting people-related projects to get involved with in our fast-paced working environment but we’re a great supportive team, we’re always on the go, and we thrive on openness, honesty, laughter, and fun. We hope that’s your MO too!You’ll have the opportunity to visit our manufacturing sites to build stakeholder relationships, provide hands-on training and really understand what we do. This could involve visiting our Yorkshire quarry or one of our state of the art Manufacturing sites across the UK. Don’t worry; a hard hat and safety boots will be provided!What kind of skills do fabulous people need?- Familiar with working at stages of the recruitment process
- Previous administration experience
- Be highly organised with a beady eye for detail and able to work at pace
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in the role
- High volume, Engineering, and manufacturing experience
- Experience of an ATS (we use Workable)
