About the role and our team

Join our team as a Financial Systems Training, Support and Compliance Officer within Treasury!

In this role, you will work with the Accounts Manager and team to develop a deliverable support system for the AX Accounts System. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance within the development of AX functionality and implementing this to other Departmental functions.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Delivering training & providing excellent customer service
  • Lead responsibility for all AX Data Maintenance action requests
  • Responsible for the AX access requirements for all users and to ensure that the users are set up correctly
  • Maintaining the case management process making sure all requests comply with the mandate fraud prevention procedures and delegating these cases to the accounts team for action and completion
  • Continually keep up to date with KYC (Know your customer) requirements, understanding customer’s needs & requirements and managing the risks prudently
