About the role and our team

Join the Government Technology Services as a Service Support Engineer – Desktop!

Within this role, you’ll assist and resolve IT related problems, both Software and Hardware, including a wide range of operating systems, Desktop and Mobile device based. A large percentage of your time will be office based and responding to support tickets raised by Isle of Man Government staff as well as dealing with 3rd party suppliers to conclude and resolve IT problems.

You’ll regularly attend different sites to deal with senior members of Government, so excellent communication skills are required with a good understanding of IT systems used by the Isle of Man Government.

The role can be based at our Lord Street, Markwell House or Nobles Hospital offices as well as working from home as part of a very positive and customer focused team.
