About The Role

The purpose of this role is to develop, lead and coordinate co-marketing activities with targeted electronics suppliers as part of the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) and ensure that these programs maximise customer preference and supplier value. The role will be a core part of our group marketing community and will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our marketing teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, lead and co-ordinate clear and cohesive marketing plans for targeted electronics suppliers as part of the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) that are digital-first, data-driven and ROI focused
  • Work closely with P&SM at a local and group level to develop supplier marketing strategy
  • Manage resources and liaison with local markets to ensure the programs are planned, executed, and reviewed for excellence in execution and positive ROI
  • Ensure all supplier marketing campaigns, marketing channels and reporting are deployed to support the successful delivery of each program which can be reported back to the supplier
  • Manage marketing budgets and supplier funding including reporting
  • Analyse our product and service propositions and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate our propositions into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor customer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a matrixed global organisation
  • Highly digitally astute
  • Experience of managing co-marketing activities with suppliers
  • Ability to develop brand and commercial programs and communicate recommendations
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective commercial programs
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix but likely to lead specific areas
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
