Role Overview:

To service and process all customer orders and requests. Checking production requirements with the details of the order, ensuring artwork and formulas are correct.

Update orders and customers with lead-times with clear open communication enabling production to plan and procure raw materials accordingly.

Skills & Experience:

Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.

A positive approach to customer services, with a good telephone manner.

An open and clear communicator at all levels throughout the business and with customers.

The ability to multi-task and prioritise aligned to production plans and customer requirements.

Key Tasks:

Oversee day to day running of customer requests & email

Quoting & support in the completion of customer RFQ’s / Tenders

Check orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy v quote and previous orders.

Raise Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for both Customer issues and internal errors and investigate to completion.

Customer relations ad wider account management

Production liaison – Capacity / Leadtime’s etc.

Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, & Excel

Experience in preparing accurate and timely technical documentation and processes it accordingly.

Exposure and involved in generating costings and quotes.

A technical aptitude and the ability to develop an understanding of technical information.

Strong interpersonal skills evidenced by constructive internal and external relationships.
