My client is a market leading Award Winning independent estate agent with a large market share and a great presence in the area.

Role

They are looking to enhance the team with the addition of an experienced estate agent. The role is all encompassing and will involve all aspects of a traditional estate agency role, including:

  • Phoning Out New Instructions
  • Vendor and Applicant Liaison
  • Sales Chasing
  • Accompanying Viewings
  • Negotiating Offers
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Property Take Ons

The ideal person will be an experienced estate agent with good local knowledge and a genuine team player. You must be big on customer service and always looking for ways to ensure the customer feels valued. You must be articulate, well presented and a confident communicator.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Every other Saturday 9:00am - 4pm with a day off in lieu
