We are looking for a passionate and creative Mandarin-speaking Social Media Specialist to join the China team within our Stafford Head office. This is a growing team who are dedicated to growing and shaping the direction of TopCashback’s Chinese markets globally

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the China social media strategy to align with the business KPI’s
• Manage and develop brand owned social media accounts
• Take control of the full content creation process, researching and creating engaging content across written and visual formats
• Work with the wider marketing team to develop content plans and ideas that can span multiple channels
• Measure, optimise and report of activity across social media platforms

Required Skills & experience

• Demonstrable experience of growing a professional social media account through day-to-day strategic management
• Excellent content creation skills; a content portfolio across multiple mediums including written, pictorial and film
• Experience managing all major social media platforms, such as WeChat, Weibo, Red(Xiaohongshu), TickTok(douyin), Bilibili etc.
• Ability to provide reports and analysis of activity, value and results
• High level of fluency in written and verbal English and Chinese
• High quality organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
