How will you support us?


We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to own and deliver our Social Media channels. As our Social Media Expert we are looking for an individual who is confident in experimenting with new ways to attract and engage with several audiences. You must have a passion for all things Social and be capable of producing rich social media content in a range of different forms that best reflects our brands.


Typical tasks you can expect include;


  • Social Media Management - managing social media pages on a variety of platforms
  • Produce large volumes of daily content for various products and brands across multiple platforms.
  • Uploading, editing and scheduling social media content.
  • Creating content inspiration boards.
  • Developing social media strategies for our brands, setting KPI’s, and increasing audience engagements.
  • Customer Relations - logging and replying to complaints/customer enquiries.
  • Protect the brands’ image through maintaining visibility of ‘conversations’ across all social media and implementing appropriate reactionary and preventative strategies.
  • Ensure that various social media functions are connected – both to each other and to the wider brand marketing and related communications.
  • Create regular reports on platform performance using insights and send to key members of the business.
  • Identification and management of Influencers through social networking.

To be suitable for the Social Media Coordinator role you will have:


  • Be a marketing graduate or previous experience working within an Internal communications or marketing environment.
  • High level of English literacy with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational ability to plan weeks in advance.
  • Strong copywriting skills for short, engaging content.
  • Ability to generate innovative new ideas and ways of engaging with various different audiences.
  • Up to date with the latest Digital and Marketing trends
  • Confidence in presenting, analysing and reporting on social and digital results and strategies.
