Are you a dedicated, and customer focused individual, looking for a new challenge in a global organisation?

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Account Manager to join our testing Lab in Oakdale, South Wales, who will be the first point of contact for our key clients, coordinating and managing our services to ensure customer satisfaction. You will liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders, as well as building and nurturing external client relationships, developing client-specific solutions to their needs, and helping to assure clients compliance with certification requirements.

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel
