**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. **Duties:** - Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain organized sales records and documentation - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials - Assist in upselling products or services to increase revenue - Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale **Skills:** - Strong ability to sell products or services effectively - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficient in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Proficient phone etiquette for professional customer interactions - Basic math skills for processing orders accurately This position offers a competitive salary along with opportunities for growth within the company. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £9.90-£10.19 per hour
