In our ongoing investment in our people, we are looking for Sales Advisors that share our core values; Respect for people, Hard work and enterprise, excellence in reputation and to make work a better place for people.

Our Sales Advisors are a key part of our business and are responsible for finding the best sales solutions for our existing business customer base. Due to increase in demand, we are hiring a cohort of 10 advisors to start in February 2021. This is in addition to our recent campaign for January 2021.This is a fast paced, customer-centric role that will suit someone who likes to be challenged daily and enjoys building customer relationships.

This advert closes on 10th December 2021 and assessment centres will take place on 14th - 16th December 2021.

You must be available either 9AM-12PM or 1PM - 4PM on one of these days.

On a day-to-day basis you will:


  • Drive sales through a mix of outbound sales campaign related activities to existing business customers.

  • Manage a quick win opportunity pipeline from identifying through to conversion / close.

  • Upsell and cross-sell new products.

  • Support and participate with Arco sales promotions.

  • Use internal systems to record call activity and outcomes.

  • Manage a call-back diary to ensure customers are contacted when requested.

  • Adhere to pricing compliance guidelines within set parameters


The ideal candidate will have
:


  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Confidence and be comfortable speaking on the phone.

  • Good IT skills, confident on computers
