We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment and HR Administrator based at our Head Offices, Cowick Hall in East Yorkshire on a fixed term basis until the end of 2021. In this role, you will provide administration support for the full recruitment and selection process; from advertising to job offer stage. This includes being the first point of contact for candidates, liaising with managers and site administrators, placing adverts with recruitment and advertising agents, coordinating arrangements for interviews and assessment events and maintaining our recruitment system. You will also support the UK HR team with other administrative tasks.

Essentials
  • You will have excellent communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships.
  • You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard and communications and arrangements are accurate.
  • Good planning and organisation skills are required, as is the need to be adaptable to changes in workload and selection plans.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grades C or above, you will have previously worked in an administrative role in a fast paced environment.
  • You must be fully competent with Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirables
  • Previous Recruitment/HR administration experience would be advantageous
  • Recruitment or HR systems experience
  • Administration or Microsoft based qualifications
