We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Crop Protection division as a Technical Marketing Lead. In this role you will contribute to the development and implementation of the business strategy. You will work alongside our technical experts to interpret research and translate this into relevant messages for the sales team. By interacting with Croda’s Global Sales and Marketing teams, you will collate insights on market/customer requirements. Alongside this, you will develop marketing communication and promotional concepts for a scientific and research-orientated audience.

Essentials

• You will be an effective communicator and influencer, capable of building effective working relationships and producing a high standard of written work
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• You will be a proactive problem solver, able to extract value from data and assess the best options available
• You will have an analytical mind and be results driven
• You will be an excellent team player but also work well independently
• Educated to degree level ideally within a science-based subject
• Fluent in spoken and written English
  

Desirables

• Previous experience within a marketing environment
• Knowledge of the crop protection market
