What You Will Do In Your Role
  • This role is added to our existing team to further strengthen our operational leadership as we enter a period of exciting transformation for our business.
  • You will be involved in the leadership of production activities ensuring that the priorities of the organization around safety, quality, and service are met through the team you are responsible for.
  • You will also be involved in transformational projects, which will involve you joining multi-functional teams from across the business.
  • This role will be dynamic and will require the right candidate to have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt and potentially work across several different operational areas.

Requirements
  • Leadership of safety to create a safe environment and behaviours.
  • Working in fast paced manufacturing, distribution or engineering businesses.
  • Leading multiple shift managers, and operators or engineers and maintenance teams.
  • Managing teams through significant change and transformation.
  • Contribution minded and can develop strategies and initiatives that lead to action.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Being open to the potential to develop and grow into senior leadership roles.
  • A track record of coaching & developing team members to achieve their potential.
  • Degree qualified in science, management, or engineering discipline.
