What You Will Do

  • Working as part of the operational leadership team
  • Leadership of warehousing and logistics activities
  • Ensuring that the priorities of the organization around safety, quality and service are met through the team you are responsible for
  • Driving transformational projects
  • Working in multi-functional teams from across the business

Requirements
  • Leadership of safety to create a safe environment and behaviours
  • Working in fast paced manufacturing, distribution or engineering businesses
  • Leading multiple shift managers, and operators or engineers and maintenance teams
  • Managing teams through significant change and transformation
  • Contribution minded and can develop strategies and initiatives that lead to action

  • Being open to the potential to develop and grow into senior leadership roles
  • A track record of coaching and developing team members to achieve their potential
  • Degree qualified in science, management, or engineering discipline
