IT Technician Role:
- Help Desk Excellence: Be the first line of support, providing swift solutions through phone support.
- Hardware Maestro: Manage hardware procurement, inventory, and disposal support.
- Advanced Account Management: Dive deep into account management, ensuring client satisfaction.
- VIP/Executive Support: Provide tailored support for VIPs and executives.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to managing standard processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing: Cross-train and provide guidance to fellow technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Product Guru: Rapidly master our full product set, contributing to complete ICT solutions.
- Certification Journey: Complete vendor certifications as required to stay at the forefront of expertise.
Knowledge Required for IT Technician:
- Technical Proficiency: Showcase your experience in IT Help Desk support.
- Operating Systems: Navigate Windows 7 & 10; bonus points for Mac experience.
- Microsoft Maestro: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 or above; Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Mobile Mastery: Experience in mobile device support (iOS preferred).
- Hardware Whiz: Handle desktop/laptop/printer hardware with finesse.
- Network Wizardry: Grasp general networking and wireless environments.
- Tech Toolbox: Utilize desktop support tools (splashtop, atera, etc.).
- Problem Resolution: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PC/network problems with precision.
- Communication Maestro: Excel in communication, telephone support, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Documentation Pro: Leverage documentation and knowledge base experience for streamlined processes.
- Judicious Operator: Navigate complex assignments with judgment, offering routine recommendations.
- Telecom Talents: Bonus points for Asterisk & FreePBX experience.
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience with ticketing systems, RMM tools, and PSA software.
- Remote support experience.
- Handling technical service tickets.
- Professional IT certifications (Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.).
- Client experience certifications (Helpdesk Habits, etc.).
- Previous experience with Helpdesk or Managed Service Providers (MSP).
- Familiarity with Linux, Mac, and VOIP.
About You:

- Advanced understanding of support tools, techniques, and technology applications.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- Advanced diagnostic skills related to end-user hardware, software, and network devices.
- Advanced experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Advanced knowledge of IT applications, software, and hardware.
- Valid driver’s license.
