Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Strategic Support and Networking team. This role is instrumental in designing, deploying and managing advanced communication technologies including Starlink, OneWeb, SD-WAN, SASE, WiFi and private 5G networks. You’ll be at the heart of our technical operations, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed the expectations of our diverse, global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network solutions, specialising in technologies such as Starlink, OneWeb, SD-WAN, and private 5G networks.
• Work closely with the sales and field service teams to provide advanced technical support from project inception to completion.
• Play a critical role in the configuration and deployment of high-specification communication equipment, both locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with regional teams for site surveys, installations, maintenance, and other field-related activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service and support.
• Manage and monitor network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in telecommunications and networking.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in network engineering, with a keen focus on advanced communication technologies.
• AWS experience is highly advantageous, reflecting our commitment to cutting-edge cloud solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong foundation in IT and telecommunications, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in network management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferable.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are desirable.
