About The Role

Our passionate team of professionals is the backbone of our success, and as we continue to grow, we’re now on the lookout for an ambitious Enterprise Account Manager to join us on our mission.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to our blue-chip customers across the globe, fostering relationships, managing accounts, and working closely with the Business Development team. This role is integral to our strategy of promoting the company’s innovative solutions and driving continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our global blue-chip clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative product suite.
  • Navigate complex client requirements and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, the industry landscape, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and progress, and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and closure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
