You will be required to balance technological integrity, stakeholder needs, commercial acumen and the Sustainability Strategy for Jaguar Land Rover.Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with stakeholders in the sustainability digital product lifecycle
• Review existing specialist product(s) for value realisation and determine a digital business plan
• Generate business cases for specialist digital products which will deliver value aligned to the portfolio of initiatives and demand prioritisation criteria.
• Generate ideas and innovate for specialist digital products which solve business problems, primarily for the Sustainability strategy
• Be responsible for the performance and evolution of specialist products.
• Ensure all opportunities are taken to actively manage the technical debt of specialist products, playing down tech debt during product capability releases and ensuring platform upgrades are addressed
• Provide ongoing risk management of specialist products including information, Cybersecurity, business continuity, and data privacy and plan for longer-term emergent risks
• Oversee the alignment of supply and demand for relevant specialist products
• Manage the transition and embedding of specialist digital products into Business As Usual (BAU)
• Deliver on cost in line with business case requirements for specialist products within the Sustainability Domain
• Hold product teams to account to deliver to time, cost and quality
• Manage product stage gate requirements and forums
• Manage and assure own specialist expertise and ‘speak the language of the business
• Ensure optimal workflow, addressing constraints and bottlenecks using Agile and DevOps methods, waterfall by exception, phased out over time

Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceEssential –

• Experience in delivering Digital initiatives
• Knowledge of testing frameworks
• Ability to frame and structure business problems
• Competent data analysis skills
• Experience in Agile delivery

• An interest in the global sustainability agenda
• An appreciation of Science Based Targets (SBTi)
• An appreciation of how a sustainability strategy drives business value
