Internal Sales Coordinator

You’ll be working forNeville Lumb in Barking, Essez . Neville Lumb is a is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and a leading supplier of commercial sanitaryware to new build and refurbishment projects.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

This will be a predominantly office based customer role and with you coordinating several customer projects to ensure we meet all our customer expectations.


We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to providing great customer service by maintaining customer communication at all times, so if this sounds like you, keep reading!


There is some specific experience, skills and knowledge we are looking for from suitable candidates:


  • Customer focused attitude
  • Problem solving ability relating to customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of team building
  • Experience of working in a pressurised environment
  • Proven customer service background

Additional Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service to the customer through efficient and effective communication
  • Develop professional and productive relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
  • Ensure the timely and accurate ordering of parts ensuring regular communication is followed up with the customer and throughout the process, frequently updating the customer on the status of their order.
  • Back order management: ensuring that customers are kept fully informed of the status of their order.
  • Ensure compliance with all business controls
  • Ensure good communication between branch departments
  • Compliance to all health & safety legislations and procedures
