This is an integral role for an experienced internal communications specialist to join our Organisational Development team, who are leading the way to ensure that Benenden Health is a great place to work.
Reporting to the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for all internal communications, from cascading the Society’s business objectives, co-ordinating our virtual business updates to providing the Society with frequent, engaging, and informative communications. You will help our colleagues have a voice through special interest stories such as achievements, celebrations and recognition and will play a key role in driving our employer brand. You will also lead on the content management and continuous improvement roadmap of our intranet platform.
Having previously worked in an internal communications role for at least 2 years (or equivalent), you can demonstrate your ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You can build strong working relationships to interpret business and colleague interest stories into clear, compelling, and engaging communications. You will have previous content management or intranet experience and be comfortable leading a group of intranet champions to improve the collaboration of information across our functions.
We are an ambitious team so you will be working in a fast paced, changing environment so strong organisational and prioritising skills are required. You will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders so you must be able to deliver and influence effectively.

Salary - At or around £30,000 per annum, pro-rata
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
If the role is required to work remotely from home then a stable broadband internet connection will be required
