Job Description

A global leader in accountancy and finance, headquartered in Crawley, is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team. Renowned for delivering excellence in financial services, this company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Please note this is a full time, office-based role with no hybrid working available.

The Role:
    Assisting in the processing of monthly payroll for 4500 internal employees.
    Manually calculating adjustments as necessary.
    Processing maternity/paternity/SSP payments accurately and efficiently.
    Running monthly company benefit & end of period payroll reports.
    Collaborating closely with the ’People Team’ and employees to address any payroll-related queries.

The Person:
    Previous in-house payroll experience is essential.
    Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations and reporting.
    Proficient IT skills, including experience with payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
    Ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
