Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operation in the office environment.

Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Utilize computerized systems including Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical duties as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
