About the role and our team

We are looking for a HR Business Partner with a particular interest in medical staffing to work with the Medical Director of Manx Care on the Isle of Man.

Within this role, you will support some key short term projects to improve the quality and consistency of medical management, primarily in relation the Health Medical and Dental Staff groups.

The priority of Manx Care is to provide high quality care for their service users and over the next few years they are focusing on the three key areas of improving patient safety, creating a positive working environment and improving the financial health of the organisation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the Job Planning process to ensure consistency of understanding, application and appropriate practices are embedded in the organisation
  • Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to medical managers
  • Developing reporting procedures to ensure compliance with mandatory training across the medical workforce
  • Building strong partnerships with senior managers and clinicians throughout Manx Care

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with experience of working with the medical workforce and alongside colleagues at executive level, to successfully lead and embed change. If this role sounds like something you would enjoy, we would love to hear from you!
