Established over 60 years ago, Damart famous for its Thermolactyl clothing technology, we are a leading provider of fashion, footwear and home & garden products primarily for the senior customer market. Products are currently marketed and sold through catalogue and online channels. We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Head of Credit & Compliance, which sits as part of our senior leadership team.

This role requires the continuous development, review and implementation of our credit strategy to ensure we deliver a competitive offer across our all channels, that delivers profitable performance and contributes to brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for driving consumer credit regulatory compliance across the business and its colleagues by championing a compliance culture. What we’re looking for: • Experience managing a consumer credit operation within a regulated environment • Ability to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders • Proven track record in excellent communication and engagement • Strong financial analysis skills • Confidence and resilience • Leadership and motivation of team and wider business to drive credit strategy • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects/deadlines • Challenge, drive, test, improve and implement credit processes and reduced costs This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to join a strong, efficient team.
