Floating Support Assistant

Riverside have a new opportunity for a Floating Support Assistant working part-time, on a permanent basis.

What will you do?

As a trusted member of our team, responsible for assisting in the provision of a support service for Riverside’s vulnerable clients and with day to day delivery of support services to clients in their own homes across a defined geographical area whilst ensuring a professional and supportive approach is maintained at all times.

Day to day

Your key responsibilities as a Care and Support Floating Support Assistant will include:

• Provide community based support to clients in their own homes, as part of a team.
• Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in an office area as required.
• Carry out day to day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld.
• Have an awareness of the clients support needs, working, under direction, supporting clients to help them achieve their agreed outcomes.
• Contribute to the formulation and delivery of person centred support plans.
• Assisting clients with day-to-day support and tenancy issues
