The difference you’ll make

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality, well-judged, risk based and informed legal advice to the business in relation to a wide variety of property law matters. You’ll effectively triage a large volume of work and prioritise based on risk and strategy.

This will involve managing relationships providing support to other property-related legal professionals within the team, including litigation and conveyancing specialists. To ensure that all property matters are well managed and dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner in line with proper Governance whether in house or by the panel

You will provide, procure and manage high quality, well-judged and informed legal advice on a wide variety of matters.

Part of your role will also involve being an effective business partner to all colleagues in Riverside who require property law advice.

So, who are you?

We’re looking for someone who is an expert in a wide range of property law related matters, commercial and non-commercial and strategic.
Essentially, you can demonstrate having worked successfully in a complex organisation, ideally in or for the charitable or public sectors and ideally in a similar role at a similar level of seniority.

You’ll be a great people person who is results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks.

A Legal qualification at degree level or relevant equivalent is paramount.
