This is a true business partner role. All of the month-end management accounting and financial reporting sits with a separate sub-team; allowing you to focus on supporting the wider business with insights, analysis and recommendations to drive their commercial performance.

It’s a hybrid working approach so you’ll do two days from home and three days at their Head Office on the South Leicestershire / North Warwickshire border.

Role Overview
  • Support Operations Managers at multiple sites across the UK to allow them to understand the financial implications of their business decisions
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process for all areas of the business
  • Provide insightful analysis and KPI reports to support commercial decision making
  • Provide commentary on the monthly financial results – highlighting opportunities and risks for your stakeholders
  • Drive improvements to systems and processes from an FP & A perspective
About You
  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Commercial finance background with strong budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Able to commute to the office 3 days per week
