Our Engagement Manager plays a key role in the operational delivery of all engagement activities.

They support the Head of Communications and Engagement in the development of all relevant engagement and communications plans and deputise for them as needed.

They make sure that our engagement with our communities is managed effectively by working collaboratively with partner organisations and leading the tactical delivery of our strategy and plans.

Interviews to be held on Thursday 4th August 22.
  • To support the Head of Communications and Engagement to deliver our engagement and communications strategy including:
    • Developing, implementing and evaluating robust and inclusive engagement plans that reflect our vision and values
    • Supporting and advising staff of all levels on best practice in relation to engagement
    • Leading on the development of a comprehensive stakeholder matrix for the organisation
  • To work closely with the Devon Integrated Care System engagement team and partner engagement leads to ensure that engagement, involvement and consultation is delivering in line with statutory and legal requirements and best practice
