Job Description

The key duties of the role are as followed:

  • Overseeing financial planning and analysis within the department.
  • Supporting the accounting and finance team with budget preparation and management.
  • Delivering comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with department heads to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
