We are currently recruiting for a number of customer service agents to join a leading insurance provider to become the first point of contact for all policyholders.

You will be given full training and will build experience across multiple insurance products - perfect for giving you a step up within the industry.

The Role
  • Be the first point of contact for all policyholders making a claim via phone and email
  • Offer outstanding customer service in a professional and empathic manner
  • Be attentive to the customer, listening carefully to their case
  • Build a good rapport to be able to question the customer over any anomalies
  • Deliver all claim outcomes - whether accepted or declined

Knowledge/experience
  • Good administration skills
  • Organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
  • Keen to learn and further develop
