Due to growth within the business, this is a newly created role within the L&D team.

As a learning and development assistant, you will report directly to the L&D manager and become an integral part of the team to provide training to the business.

Working with the L&D manager you will assist with designing and delivering a variety of training packages to all employees from new starters to long termers!

Key Tasks
  • Liaise across the business to identify areas requiring training and development
  • Design and deliver training - both technical and operational
  • Monitor feedback to improve delivery
  • Offer coaching and mentoring - 1:1 and group situations
  • Keep up to date with system updates
  • keep up to date with operational and regulatory updates

Knowledge/experience Required
  • Good knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Previous coaching/mentoring experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Confidence to present to small and large groups
  • Able to take ownership
