The Vacancy

We have a great opportunity for a Recruiter to become a key member of our In-House Recruitment Team, significantly contributing to our recruitment efforts. You will report into the Recruitment Manager and collaborate closely to the Recruitment Business Partners to meet our recruitment needs by identifying and sourcing quality, diverse candidate pools. This role involves handling a wide array of job openings, processing applications from various sources, and demands strong coordination and organisational skills.

YOUR PROFILE

To excel in this position, you should demonstrate your proficiency in filling positions through direct sourcing methods such as social media, searches, networking, and advertising. Experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition across diverse sectors—specifically Construction, Engineering, and Maintenance will be beneficial. Additionally, efficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and writing inclusive job advertisements will set you apart.

ROLE DETAILS

  • Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels.
  • Screen, shortlist, and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions.
  • Expand your network of candidates to prepare a diverse talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Handle job briefings as needed for new positions.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records using the Applicant Tracking System, Networx.
