Summary

Hours:Average 37.5 hours per week. There will be no split shifts and evenings as we are predominately a day business. There is some flexibility and shorter working hours in winter months due to the property opening timetable - from mid-February till end of October working 5 out of 7 days working pattern changing to 2-3 days per week in winter months. This will include weekends and public/school holidays, but the property is closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

Typical shift: 8am-4pm

Salary: £20,124.00 per annum including 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme, plus other benefits.

Duration: This is a permanent position with salary progression based on yearly performance

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.

You won’t be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment - and further professional training & development opportunities are available.
