Description

This role will lead delivery of Jersey Governance Advisory and Managed Service client engagements and support business development. Postholder will establish and maintain existing client relationships; advise domestic and international clients on Jersey compliance, governance and transaction related matters; manage delivery of portfolio of Jersey registered companies ensuring annual compliance obligations are met and process corporate actions/changes; maintain and support legal entity management system and use to electronically report on compliance deadlines, automate document production and submit filings; develop subject matter market insights, technical knowledge and service delivery templates, processes, tools and materials; support business development and client relationship management activities; as SME, support projects, business management and operational matters; help on-board new clients; collaborate with Finance team to prepare client invoices and supporting narratives.

Candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in company secretarial and corporate governance role in professional services/industry; expert communication skills, and the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels with clients and colleagues; awareness of legal, regulatory and governance trends and developments; attention to detail and track record of producing high quality work; calm under pressure, proactive, self-motivated; effective business, project management, financial and risk management skill; ability to think/act strategically and commercially; IT skills with experience in development and/or maintenance of technology systems to support service delivery.

Flexible working may be possible. Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
