Description

Great role providing dedicated legal and corporate governance support, advising Directors and wider organisation on Jersey legal, commercial and emerging regulatory issues arising from developments to law and regulation; overseeing Company Secretarial matters to ensure best in class corporate governance in line with local substance requirements; Director on boards of certain unregulated SPVs and Vehicles’; member of Risk and Compliance Committee.

Candidate will have solid legal knowledge (5+ PQE) and experience in corporate/finance/funds/private equity, with experience in corporate administration a bonus; some cross-border/international experience; sound knowledge of Jersey companies’ law is essential, with some experience of financial services law / regulation also preferred.
