Exciting role opportunity to support delivery of strategic change tocoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule and defined budgets; establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing contact on project status; develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources; monitor and assign resources to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs; report project outcomes and/or risks, escalating issues based on project work plans; take co-responsibility for delivery of Supervision’s objectives and adherence to KPIs; liaise with and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; assist with delivering strategic and cultural change; actively champion cross-divisional working.

Requirements areexperience of leading and delivering projects;proven track record in delivering results through team-based working; education to a degree-level is desirable, as well as relevant professional qualifications; in depth and broad knowledge of relevant financial services, products and regulation; focused, disciplined and analytical approach to work; highly self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines; demonstrable project management capability; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
