DescriptionCommercial Sales DeveloperInternal applicants only on this occasionWe have an opportunity for a passionate and motivated Commercial Sales Developerto join the Commercial Sales team on a permanent basis.So what’s the mission? You will have responsibility for managing and developing large commercial accounts. Your role will range from creating quotes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, following up on inquiries and ensuring that your customers’ expectations are exceeded. A large part of the job is effective communication, with external counterparts, internal teams and developing sales opportunities. Building long lasting, honest and reliable relationships will be key to your success.What are the mission critical skills?
  • Customer-focussed with experience in providing excellent customer service and account management
  • Commercially focused with an ability to develop sales
  • Experience as an Order Inputter or Customer Service Advisor at Marshalls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues with a positive and up-beat approach
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking full end to end ownership of customer contact and always using your initiative
  • This would suit an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating and working as a collective to reach objectives and targets
