This is a key role for the Commercial Excellence team for the UK/Ireland Wound & Skin Care Business Unit. This newly created role is critical to support the WSC team to be able meet the needs in the changing NHS landscape.

The role holder will drive Power BI usage and other Commercial Excellence processes within the team to effectively deliver upon our business strategies. This role supports our field based Sales teams, our Head office team and our newly formed Nurse Team and Sales & Services function.

The Essential Duties Of The Role
  • Implement and drive a culture of Power BI efficiency and performance
  • Work closely with Global developers, local ComEx team and other relevant stakeholders (including wider Leadership Team) to implement automated business processes across the BU
  • Analyse system usage and recommend improvements
  • In collaboration with IT, develops, updates and improve performance monitoring tools in line with business priorities that are accurate and timely
  • Provide analysis, report design & development, support, maintenance and governance for our Microsoft Power BI environment
  • Train end-users on system features
  • Drive Insights to strengthen Commercial Execution
  • Run, own and develop CRM and Performance Management tracking (including ownership of In-Market data maintenance)
  • Provide other Ad hoc support as required to Comex team
To be successful in this role you will have the following education and skills
  • Ideally qualified to degree level or with a higher qualification in an analytical, mathematical or computing-related field
  • Expert use of Data Visualisation in Power BI
  • Experience of using reporting systems such as E1, Siebel and/or OBIEE.
  • Experience and understanding of data integration, relational databases and data warehousing
  • Experience and training in how to train end-users
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
