What you will be doing...

The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics, leads Sales Operations work related to goal setting, quota setting, sales incentive design, market segmentation, and annual strategic planning, performance management, and ongoing commercial analysis for daily commercial business. Including sales and account analysis.

The Manager, Commercial Analytics plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between Finance and the Commercial department on strategic and tactical matters. This team provides performance analytics related to inside sales, outside sales, account performance, marketing revenue attribution, and seller performance. This team drives toward a more knowledgeable and strategic Commercial operation, from developing an accounting lens on budgeting to flagging interdepartmental challenges to pushing for improvements with data and tech capabilities.

Please note:

Today, we’re happy to announce we’re working with the Welsh Government and Cardiff Council on a grant application that, if successful, will make opening in Cardiff a really great and viable option for our business.

Before we fully commit, and whilst we are working on our grant application, we’re kicking off a three-month trial which will involve hiring between twenty to sixty new staff in Cardiff. They will be permanent employees who will spend their first three months working in a temporary office in Newport & will receive all the training and benefits of every other team member. If the test goes well, and the grant application is approved, our new Cardiff colleagues will be the first cohort in an office that is planned to grow over the next 5 years. If not, and a permanent office doesn’t come to fruition, we will still guarantee roles with Future, either working remotely or in our other UK offices.
