Product Managers lead a multi-functional squad with clear customer and business objectives continually improving our existing website but also developing and launching new propositions that customers love.

We want to be the best in the market at what we do, continually innovating to solve problems for our customers and staying one step ahead in an industry that is constantly evolving. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about leading product development, who lives and breathes a customer mind set and is eager to constructively challenge the status quo.

As a Product Manager you’ll lead on product performance management, product optimisation, product development and also product strategy and roadmap. You’ll work on a product that is truly customer focussed and you’ll have the freedom to shape our product and development ways of working and will really be able to influence how a product organisation works within the squad and the wider product team.
  • Crafting and driving the vision, roadmap and goals for the managed product lines over multiple P&Ls.
  • Contribute to the overall prioritisation of products, taking feedback from the squad, priorities from Marketing and Commercial teams and being conscious of the roadmap.
  • Develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging and all elements related to the business case.
  • Collaborate with design and tech colleagues to ensure the highest quality products are built that customers love.
  • Focuses on creating product specifications, delivering projects, wireframe, UI/UX, A/B test and defining product rollout strategies.
  • Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new insights to drive new product improvements.
  • Lead the vision and roadmap, manage prioritisation and delivers SEO products.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated record in taking leading consumer-facing (desktop/mobile) products to market, in a high performance B2C FinTech business/in a multi P&L organisation.
  • Experience in product management, mobile and desktop design and user testing.
  • Experience in leading full software product development lifecycles, to ambitious timescales.
  • Track record in managing significant growth of launched consumer products.
  • Experience in articulating clear product visions, requirements and roadmaps, and influencing/convincing priorities and resources in the business towards achieving that vision.
  • Knowledge and working experience of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in acquiring & interpreting data, metrics and analytics; pertinent to a product line or a customer problem space.
  • Experience in quantifying insights about users or products, backed up with data analyses.
  • Experience in directly conducting Customer and Market Research and delivering customer segmentation. Experience in running direct user studies & workshops.
  • Experience with A/B and multi-variate testing and customer research.
  • Experience with analytics, including conversion and engagement rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
