The VPN team at Future is a well-funded centralised unit that powers the VPN content and strategy across our sites including TechRadar and Tom’s Guide - websites with a collective reach of over 100 million people per month. The goal of the team is to maximise the enormous commercial opportunity around the topic of VPN by deploying world class SEO, content strategy and the best possible buying advice.

As Content Director, you will be managing a squad of five Bath-based editorial staffers and be responsible for keeping key pages ranking top in Google and performing commercially. You’ll work with your team to re-evaluate, re-test and re-review all major VPN products, ensuring the regular publication of timely and high quality news, features, reviews and buying guides around the topics of VPN, cyber security, encryption, unblocking and streaming.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to step in and shine brightly as the lead on a project that is of immense importance to the wider business, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who is driven and creative, with an innate ability to address what can appear to be a dry and complicated subject matter with consumer-friendly accessible content.
