Branch Supervisor required to support the Manager with the running of our busy branch in Newton Abott.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am – 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu)

About The Role

Main duties are

• Assisting Branch Manager in the running of the branch
• Supporting Branch Manager with supervising the team
• Drive sales – from quotes to completion
• Working on a busy trade counter to assist in achieving sales targets
• implementing branch procedures
• Supporting sales, warehouse and administration
• Dealing with customer queries

About You

Any previous supervisory experience is essential, to help you motivate the team to provide the highest levels of service.

Your customer service and sales background will form the basis in helping you to drive sales.

This is a varied, hands-on role, so what we are looking for is a confident, pro-active individual who can bring enthusiasm.
