Sales Advisor

Location: Chippenham

We have an opportunity to join our team in as a full time Sales Advisor in Chippenham, supporting the trade counter and helping achieve customer satisfaction and sales.

Core working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm with one - two half day Saturdays out the month on a rota basis, paid at overtime, times (08:00am - 12:00pm.)

Main Duties Are

About the role

• serving on the trade counter and warehouse duties
• merchandising processing sales orders
• answering customer queries
• checking stock
• answering phone calls
• responding to emails
• checking deliveries and unloading stock
• general house keeping of the Branch.
