Description

Fixed term contract providing excellent client service to develop profitable new business and sustainable revenue for wealth management international, acting as contact for internal partners and clients and assistingwith banking and administration requirements. Postholder will learn about RM sales methodology through client relationship lifecycle,including fundamentals of working with potential clients and building trust; gaining understanding of client needs; acting as first line ofdefence relating to key activities and dealt with requests in compliant manner; escalating/resolving issues and reporting risk events and near misses; identifying training needs; identifying and rectifying internal process inefficiencies.

Candidate must begenuine team player with growth mindset and strong client service and communication skills; able to identify and meet client needs and gain client trust; must have business acumen to support mutually beneficial opportunities; excellent organisation and attention to detail; experience working within a matrix organisation – managing internal relationships andinfluencing partners;proven track record in a Client Experience Role and desire to transfer skills developed to aWealth Management Role - training will be provided.
