We are recruiting to a permanent Advanced Social Work Practitioner post with the Pathway Team. The team provides support and services to East Riding looked after young people and care leavers from the age of 16 to 25. The team also works with unaccompanied asylum seeking children and refugees.The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic and dedicated team, who are committed to helping young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
As well as holding a caseload of complex cases, the post holder will be supervising Personal Advisors, mentoring colleagues and holding responsibility for key service development areas. The successful candidate will have proven post-qualifying experience with looked after young people and care leavers, and an in depth understanding of this area of work.
