1x Children Service Administrator L1: Fixed Term Full Time until 31 March 2022. The fixed term can be offered as a secondment opportunity for internal candidates.

An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to join the Children’s Commissioning and Quality Monitoring Team based at County Hall Beverley as a Children Service Administrator.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to enable the effective commissioning of special educational needs and or disability, residential, education and schools, safeguarding and specialist services for children, young people and families. You will be enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service, have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. To undertake this role successfully you need to be able to work easily within a challenging environment, have excellent administrative and organisational skills and have the motivation and desire to achieve a high quality service. You should be able to demonstrate effective use of a range of ICT systems/software packages.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive material. Teamwork plays a vital role as does the ability to meet deadlines and work on your own initiative.
