Position Title: Workplace Consultant

Position Location: London
VACANCY DESCRIPTION
JLL require a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Consultant to take the lead role on Workplace and Change Management projects throughout the UK, which would include taking part in, and leading pitches to clients, along with client relationship management.

A self-starter, ambitious and conscientious individual who seeks to excel at what they do; Must be client focussed and have previous experience of working for and/or in a client’s workplace/property/
real estate team with at least 5-10 years relevant experience in this field.

Must be flexible in their outlook and be able to multi-task to accommodate the very varying clients, projects and day to day activities necessary within the JLL Workplace Team.

The main duties within this position would also include pre- design services definition and delivery, and on-going business development.

Responsibilities:
Leading projects, including: Investigation, analysis and writing reports and business cases.
Ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining and developing a professional relationship at peer/sponsor level within the client organisation
Provide appropriate skills and support for business development – sourcing and developing new business opportunities and working as a part of larger bid activities.
Ensuring a chargeability target of no less than 65 – 75% is achieved
Annual revenue target of £300 – £500k is achieved per annum
Able to manage own workload and work independently
General business reporting (within JLL and Client environments).

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain clients confidence through knowledge, competence and gravitas
Previous experience of working with or within large complex organisations in a property/ workplace team; experience of working with senior management
Programme / Project Management experience in a property/ workplace environment with a demonstrable track record in delivering projects with multiple workstreams (i.e. Construction, IT, furniture, comms, migration) for occupiers
An understanding of finance principles and business case needs in relation to capital projects and property operating cost models
Good report writing and presentation skills
Sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
An understanding of flexible/agile work styles and the technology required to enable the same, along with a willingness to adopt these principles in your own work
Good team player skills
Good presentation skills including use of appropriate presentation software
Experience of preparing reports and presenting analysis in a business context to non-financial senior management.
