The Company

My Client is an award winning and industry leading developer and over the years has become one of most successful house builders in the UK. Due to the high number of new developments they are looking for talented candidates to join their team. They have a number of new RC Frame developments in London up to 160 units.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the management of the project under the supervision of a Director or Construction Manager and also be able to work off your own initiative when needed. You must have experience in the Residential sector with a proven track record of managing teams on prestigious RC Frames developments, preferably with experience working on projects of 16+ Units. As an advantage for this role you will have experience delivering large RC Frame developments up to 10 storeys with Metsec and Brickwork. You will need to ensure that each unit is produced to a consistent high standard.

Qualifications & Experience

It is imperative that you hold a CSCS card and will have completed the SMSTS and CITB site manager’s certificate. You will also be able to programme schemes and will be able to demonstrate your building capabilities. This role offers progression and a career path going forward.
